MY PRESENT SITUATION
IN A NUTSHELL
the fact of the matter is that the powers that be over here, a highly influential criminal racket operating from within the establishment, have realised that I am a threat to their very existence and decided that I have to be neutralized one way or other.
But there is nothing that anybody can do to harm me that is legally and/or morally correct as per the law of the land.
The way out in such cases is to let loose the members of the peppatti branch, on you. I have got a battalion of them trailing me 24 x 7. i feel this would be the set up that is entrusted with the job of carrying out extra-judicial executions where the powers that be feels it is warranted. The peppatti branch is running amok in my personal domain :- LIFE IS MISERABLE.
I had tried to move the highest judiciary of this country on the matter - in vain.
that was in the year 2009; the details are available on the net – at least I have put them in the public domain but whether it is accessible to outsiders is a moot question which I am not in any position to answer in my present situation.
The crowning glory of it was that at the time I was trying to present my case before the supreme court of india, I had a hefty Delhi police man breathing down my neck ready to manhandle me at a moment's notice.
Mark you - i) i was not the accused in the case - i do not have any criminal record whatsoever; ii) i was a class I gazetted officer of the government of india for more than ten years, iii) i was a faculty member of a professional college run by the government for the next eleven years and iv) i retired from government service on superannuation and am a service pensioner of the kerala government.
incidentally, the then chief justice of the supreme court of india and pride of the keralites, on whose specific orders the above policeman was posted inside the court to "take care" of me, presently is facing allegations of corruption which according to news paper reports are currently being investigated.
Lately, eminent personalities of this country, including legal luminaries, had been crying for the blood of this former chief justice of india.
whoever had heard of locking the stable door after something had already happened ?
