Ever since the year 2000, in every rented house I had stayed, I have faced problems from the locals.
The precipitating factor was a complaint I had filed with the National Human Rights Commission about the “officer” police during that ( 2000-2001 ) period.
All sorts of “enquiries” were carried out then to allow the “officers” to wriggle out of the mess they had created - I came to know of most of these “enquiries” years later.
i had followed up the NHRC petition which ultimately came to naughts with a series of writ petitions.
the result is that the “locals factor” has been made a permanent weapon in the arsenal of the indian gestapo as far as my case is concerned.
The strategy is to recruit labile members of the local “gentry” ( wind them up like you do with a mechanical toy ) and let them loose on me. ( they rush at you beating their breasts )
females are preferred for this job, for as an unattached male I am at a tremendous disadvantage there.
now a days it is a routine preventive measure wherever I stay.

I HAVE SEEN IT ALL;

I have years of on the job experience at it.
It is high time something or other happened in this locality as well and I am keeping my fingers crossed.
